The more detail you give in your request, the better I can interpret the card's meaning for you, which is my role as intermediary, however, even just a general request will get my best effort; it's up to you. It definitely touches me that I got a swan card for flying, swan is my soul and this really feels like it must mean true. I think I understand all of this. For me, seeking wisdom, feeling the wind under my wings, sharing with friends, death, being gentle and learning to understand the ways of melancholy things, and poetry are all very important things.
And, it's interesting you say "the respected dead", because, it makes me think of swans as ancestors, which sounds like it connects to my other question, I was thinking about a way to follow my spiritual path with the swans, and, part of what I was thinking, was bringing the swans of the past into a kind of ancestor worship. This seems to speak to me even more now... I fly, because the ancestors of my past were flying.
